Explain whether an administration order would be granted for Lazy Days Ltd

考点:Chapter21Insolvencyandadministration

The problem with Lazy Days Ltd's case is whether or not the purpose of administration will be achieved. The company is currently running at a £7,000 loss per month and this must be solvable for the administration order to be granted. If the company can argue that it has a good chance of increasing trip sales from 50% to nearer 80% to 90% and that these extra sales will make up the shortfall in revenue then it would have a good chance of obtaining the order.
